Programme terms.

1. Membership is free and open to anyone aged 18 or above, residing in India.
2. Points earned have no cash equivalent and are non-transferable.
3. Standard point validity is 0 days, with any tier override applied where configured.
4. Each point has a configured redemption value of ₹0; the current minimum is 0 points.
5. ODHNI reserves the right to modify programme rules with advance notice.
6. Fraud, misuse or abuse will lead to immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
7. Tier qualification follows the cadence and thresholds in the active loyalty configuration.
8. Programme communications via WhatsApp/SMS/Email constitute consented marketing under the Indian DPDP Act 2023.
